Project managers and heads of civil, engineering and technical departments have several years of work experience not only in Albania, but abroad as well. From this many years of work experience, they have developed an academic and professional knowledge. Inside the structure of the company are a significant number of highly experienced and qualified administrative staff, who hold key positions in the departments of engineering, finance, design, human resources, procurement and logistics.
